Simonê was extremely accommodating, friendly and had no objection with a late check in, considering we arrived the night before Christmas. The Security Guard was super friendly and helpful. Snips is definitely our go to place when looking for accommodation in Newcastle. Wish we could stay longer!!

The privacy, the smart tv, the staff was welcoming and easy to talk to when we needed something like the iron and ironing board.

The wifi signal was bad. There was not enough hot water, my partner had to bath with cold water the two nights we spent there.
