KLOOFIES GUESTHOUSE

We were unable to gain entry to the premises. In spite of booking for arrival at 15:00, we spent numerous efforts (and1,5 hrs) trying to get attention via an unresponsive intercom system. Frequent hooting was also unsuccesful to elicit any response. Unfortunately we had no telephone number to hand and the area is such that neighbours could not be contacted either, and we therefore left at 16:30. At around 18:00, when we were long gone, a phone call was treceived from the establishment enquiring after our arrival. When it was explained that we no longer required their accommodation, no excuse or reason for inattentiveness was forthcoming.

The room and the bathroom was spacious enough, the privacy, and they allowed me stay at my room after the checkout until my transport came

Safety and hospitality

No headboard for the bed, the room was extremely cold

Other than some activity in the afternoon, it was quiet and private They offered courtesy refreshments.

No 2-point plugs, no hot water

There were no breakfast and dinner due to Chef fallen ill

Really enjoyed my stay

We were to far to connect to the wifi,our bed made so much noise everytime you moved but was still very comfortable

Location was convenient.
