"We had a great time in Faro, we didn't want to leave this place."

The apartment was typical for Portugal, although a bit compact for me (I'm 1.89 m tall) ;) Max for 2 people. But it's well-furnished, clean, ideally located near the train station, city center, etc., a 5-7-minute walk to everywhere, shops nearby, and a caring owner.
The apartment got very hot from the sun (temperature: 30-32°C) during the day. Later, we had to sleep with the air conditioning on low because it was really hot. But that's typical for this climate, so it's not a drawback, but rather a characteristic that needs to be accepted.

The location. It was within easy walking distance to the marina, restaurants and shopping. The hostess was wonderful. She left us cookies to welcome us, lots of maps and even a booklet with suggestions for shopping and restaurants.
