"Poor"

The room is okay. As per picture.

All facilities are not for private guests (non Lexis hotel Guest) No parking spot, cant use all the facilities. Quite a dissapointment.

"Okay but need improvement."

The available staff at the Lobby to assist when needed. The size of the room big enough for 4 people. The toilet is so big and comfortable. The check-in process is quite easy and fast. You can just self check-in since its a private unit. The view from the balcony is so nice overlooking the beach.

The cleanliness of the whole room does not meet my expectation. The bedsheet got stains and looks old, should change to new bedsheet. The floor is dusty and got hair on the floor & bed upon check-in. The guard did not allow us to park in the parking building since its a private unit, therefore need to park at open space. But there was not enough parking so we had to park on the main road opposite the housing area.
