There is nothing like what we saw from booking.com. it's totally unfair and looks like they made used lexis pictures. The worst thing is there is no contact number of the owner until we get th e confirmion via email even we paid fully via online. Rm508 for 3 days n 2 nights. It's not worth the money we paid. It's showed breakfast included. Pool can be used. Once we checked in, no breakfast was provided, and the pool was too unable to be utilised. Our calls or msg were not responded to. Despite many calss being answered , it was offensively impolite. The owner claimed that he has some issues with management so that we can't use their facilities. Kettle is not functioning properly. Despite many calls, he sent the kettle. As compensation for the breakfast, he provides a grab food jst for lunch. Pool, we need to go to Glory Beach. It's really redeculers and had a very bad experience during our stays. Had a stressful holiday ever.

First, the picture is misleading because you expect to stay in the water chalet but you're staying in the hotel Second, we can't use any facilities because they belong to the hotel. Third, the room is horrible. The paint starts to peel off from the walls

The environment is superb and very calm in the night.

Because it was private room some facilities cant be use and need to show lexis card.

Dirty wet dark old room, not same as picture, no breakfast & facilities for children
