"Very poor"

Cannot use facility hotel such as parking & swimming pool. The reason give by management is we booking with private owned not Lexis Management. I did not notice that I'm not booking from Lexis Management until receive email from booking.com

Cheap

Dirty and smelly bedsheet. Rubbish not cleared. Toilet not cleaned. Owner gave wrong passcode to key and we waited 2 hours at lobby

"Comfy room with sea view minus pool usage"

1- Nice big room with 2 king size bed 2- Sea view 3- Lift service was fast

1. Not allowed to use swimming pool coz we book private room - my kids were very disappointed 2. Water pressure in bathroom a bit low 3. Not actually private beach....& no short cut to beach

"Disappointing"

Stayed on 9-10feb 2024. It is the private property so you cant enter the swimming pool unless the owner is with you. Poor my children cause cant enter the swimming pool. The name list and the owner name is not the same to make it worse. Supposed owner updated it before offer this. Feeling cheated. Better booking directly to the hotel. First time bad experienced to me.
