The place and room is extremely low class the 20" tv only had 1 local channel, workers kept interupting or disturbing me, Felt Very unsafe to sleep overnight, my wife and i was only 2 hours there instead of spending the night which we paid for. The room was dirty, infested with cockroaches and spider webs in the corners of the ceiling. the only toilet in the house has no seat on and someone was peeping through the window while my wife was using it and when she looked the man said oh shit and ran off. i will never recommend anyone to go there.

We shared TV channels also toilet was dirty and we were all using one toilet on our check out day early in the morning 8 o'clock the plumbers busy in the roof making noise

The location is very quiet, and it is easy to get Uber as possible. And place was clean

The information given on the booking app is totally false. There's no private bathroom. We have to share the bathroom. There's no toilet seat, I arrived at 15:00, then they guy said my check-in time is 18:00 but the information given on the booking details is 15:00-18:00. I have to spend more money to wait 6 in town. There was a loadshedding no one came to the guest to explain why there was no power. If you want to go out, you don't get your key to open up the gate. You have to wait for a long time or phone one of their staff to open.

Nothing is like its advertised. Booked a private room with private bathroom. Got there and its a shared bathroom. Check in time on my booking shows 15:00 till 18:00. Got there at 16.45 after driving for a full day and they say check in only start at 18:00

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a guest house. The place was completely misadvertised, and the host was rude and unprofessional. Despite the check-in time being listed as 3 PM, he delayed it to 5 PM, blaming Bookings.com and refusing to take any responsibility. When we finally arrived at 5 PM, there was no room ready for us, and we were forced to wait over two hours in filthy conditions with cockroaches crawling around. To make matters worse, my group started having allergic reactions to something in the environment. We couldn’t take it anymore and had to find a different place to stay. Now they’re refusing to refund us, even though we never stayed there. This place is a scam, completely unhygienic, and run by people who don’t care about their guests. Stay far away!

I liked the cleanliness. I also liked the fact that there was a TV and spacious cupboards. In addition, I liked the fact that there was a fridge in the room.

I didn’t like the fact that there were no handles on the cupboard doors. I didn’t like that there was no private bathroom for my partner and I. In addition, there was no toilet seat in the bathroom and the water was only warm on one occasion. The water pressure was low in the basin. My main disappointment was the fact that there was no kitchen, so we had to arrange an Uber collect to drop off cutlery, which was an inconvenience.
