I got a place to spend the night

Post says private bathroom,but we had to share with other tenants.

Bad

They dont specify on the website when they are fully booked.

The quietness and not far from shops

There was no chair/table in the room. Nowhere to hang the clothes

There was no breakfast as i ddnt get the accommodation when i reach there it was fully booked, can i have my refund

Nothing is worse than ever what they advertise is not the truth they took pictures from other guest house and post when you arrive at the place it's a disaster I just slept bcs I have paid and I couldn't find another place to slp or be refunded travel from Bloemfontein to find the situation like that it painful really I wonder if I had my family with what should have happened my wife and my kids would have lost respect to me

Everything was worse only the people where awesome shame the room I booked was worse they show you the bathroom is private the whole house share one bathroom toilet and shower 🚿 in the same room on the table where you see the tea coffee ☕️ cups is condoms I have been around this is worse ever

They cancelled

We want our money back

The staff tried their best to be accommodating

The place 2as not like advertised no terrace or garden view place had cockroaches and wasn't very clean shared bathroom even though advertised with private bathroom no kitchenette like advertised tv to be changed in the lounge had to watch one DSTV channel the entire time on an old TV no flat screen as advertised very disappointing that this place would advertise the total opposite of what the place is actually like

No breakfast. I would suggest everyone gets a gate key. So we can come and go as we please. Other than that everything was good

There was no towel in the bathroom to dry hands. Love the seat warmer though.
