"Not the best, below average"

Location was not bad

There is no proper maintenance done and everything is poorly maintained and managed. Also very old things and most of the appliances don’t even work

"I'd visit again once Orion revamp the villas in and out"

The views, the hiking trails, the water fall. The swimming pool. The staff.

Replace carpets in the villas as the isn't much going through the villas, one villa the fridge wasn't working. It would also be nice to have a braai common area for the villas. Also wifi was not installed in the two villas I booked. The villas where not prepared for guest, as we found fridges off in both villas.

They made up for the original offered room by giving us part of a villa. I will admit that booking.com through a wrench into the situation by allowing us to book the original room that was not in rentable condition. I beleive the staff recognized this as well because the manager did go out of his way to make up for the original space.

The first room that was presented to us should have never been allowed to rent out.

It was a self catering.... Booked a Villa

Please change the caperts in the rooms... They are mould and have smell. Otherwise the area is located beautifully and liked hiking and waterfall. My kids enjoyed the pool.

"Okay But Not Comfortable Due To Musty."

The Room Was Nice, Location Good And Staff Very Friendly.

Was Not Provided With Aircon Remote, Carpet Was Extremely Musty. One Of The Two Coffee Sachets Appeared To Be Old.
