The size of the room.

My entire experience was terrible, and I will never go back there even if it was free. 1. We arrived the TV does not work, and we had to ask them to replace that - Friday/Arrival. Never mind the Open view situation. 2. The hot water tap had to be open for about 5 to 7 minutes before the water actually gets hot 3. The breakfast was the worst that I have had, no milk provided by the waiter for my coffee, no whipped cream provided for my son's pancakes. The wife's waffle was a mess as well. 4. The Saturday afternoon ground staff were cleaning just outside our window next to the newly built structure whilst we were trying to have a restful afternoon. The staff member urinated just outside our window as well. 5. In the evening after we went to bed, our neighbours started arguing, fighting, it sounded very violent and I reached out to reception countless times with no success to report the issue as it truly sounded like domestic type violence. I got out of bed and whilst it was raining I went to reception between 11pm and midnight and the reception area was completely dark. my understanding is that when you are hotel there is always someone on call to support. This left me no choice but to return to my room and pray that things settle down and we don't sit with an issue next door. Luckily things did settle down after my return from reception. 6. We left Sunday morning as soon as we could. 7. Overall - very unprofessional set-up

Cristina was great, we were'nt happy with the room we got at first so she gave us another room that was further away from the noise from the pool area and had a stunning view.

On the first night one of the guests that stayed next door to us got drunk at the restaurant and started shouting and banging doors the whole night until the early hours of the morning.
