perfect location kind owner the apartment new clean functional in one word excellent

The location was very good, 5min walk from the centre. Apartment was newly decorated and done so in a beautifull manner. Apartment looks very nice overall. The bed was comfy, we basically got everything we needed. Host was very pleasant and helpful. After the initial welcoming to the apartment we didn't see the host again.

Apartment came with 2 very serious issues: constant sewer smell from ther bathroom, and lack of any kind of a window. So basically you get a permanent sewer smell and no window to open to let the fresh air in. So we lived there for a few days on constant air conditioning which was blowing directly into the bed.. so we had to move the bed for about 1m away from the wall during the night to avoid having the AC blow directly on us while sleeping. Unfortunately turning the AC off was not an option since it's summer, high season, temperatures over 30 and - not a single window in the apartment. These are the thing that aren't mentioned on the booking platform prior to renting, and I'm pretty sure other aparments in the building probably don't have this issue. Also the "private parking" is a bit of a strech. Owner has 1 spot that he/she uses.. the rest is public parking. And considering there are at least 3-4 apartments in the building, I'm pretty sure most ppl were using the public parking. Also, probably all the other aparments account for the high score this place has.. I guess we were unlucky enough to land the one with sewer issues and no windows.
