New facilities (not dated) New building (although not quite finished on one side) Intimacy/private

Room was not ready/clean when we arrived (almost at the end of prescribed check in, 17.50). We were not provided with all necessities (we were married couple with a teenage child and we had only came across a double bed prepared with the sofa being unfolded). Wi-fi was nonexistent & after we contacted the "staff" about it they provided us with the password which didn't work. We had to contact them again only to be told that we have to restart the rooter at the reception ourselves which we did but to no avail, unfortunately. The stay included parking accommodation that the owner/staff promised to provide during one of ours numerous telephone calls which he didn't fulfil. The bathtub looks modern and nice before you start using it cause it clocks right to the ankles. And the smell (like toilet smells) from the laundry room the room is connected with the windows is smth else... So, although it says that the facility provides "quiet street view" - the only windows a room have is that of a laundry room which you can see on the pictures are high above the bed - I can't imagine who would be capable of "enjoying" that view since we are not 6 foot tall... Etc...

Great location , Also the host was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great the apartmants were new and very clean, the beds were great and we even got slippers, and some toilletes. The location is great in the quiet part of the city but very near city center. We had a private parking place.

There was just 1 socket in the room, near the entering doors, so it was hard for us to charge our phones. There was another in the bathroom so we used that one but it was not confortable to leave the phone on the sink.

The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfy. The lady who greeted us was very kind and friendly.

It was clean and the facilities where new.

The wifi was not working.
