Se putea un pic mai bine face curățenie! Căderea curentului electric într-o dimineață!

Нам нічого не сподобалось, тому що ми в це помешкання не змогли дістатися. Ми надіслали господарю повідомлення, що в дорозі і плануємо бути біля 22.00 вечора. Це було біля 19.00. Зворотнього зв’язку ми не отримали! Коли ми прибули на місце була 21.35 година. В приміщення ми не змогли додзвонитися і разів 8 телефонували господарю на вказаний телефон. Нам ніхто не відповідав. Телефонний відповідач говорив: « Вибачте, абонент недоступний, зателефонуйте пізніше» За багато років користування Booking , це вперше таке антилюдське поводження. Тут ще треба сказати, що ми їхали з Албанії і дорога дуже важка! Ще обурило, що ми повністю проплатили номер!!! Я наполягаю на тому, щоб застосувати до власника помешкання відповідні санкції і повернути мені кошти! Нам прийшлось пізно ввечері шукати місце, щоб переночувати!

Як виявилося, жодної інформації про номер будинку, номер квартири і актуальний номер телефону.

Aveti grja, escrocherie girata de Booking - veti plati intreaga suma si veti primi in schimb doar un numar de telefon (nicio adresa, doar strada si un cod postal) la care nu raspunde nimeni. Booking nu va da banii inapoi, nu au niciun interes!

Do not pay for this! Is a scam backed by Booking.com!!! The check-in specified for this apartment is 14:00-21:00. First call I have made to their phone was around 19:00 and I have tried many times in the next hour. The answer - mobile network operator saying "the number is not available for the moment". We arrived in town (Giurgiu) around 20:00 and had no place to stay. We were very tired but we had to search a hotel and spend considerably more money. I have filled a complaint on Booking in the same night (BEFORE checkout date) - no answer from their support; few days later I have spent considerably more time to get in touch on the phone with Booking support; after 5 days they said "Unfortunately, after your checkout date, there is little we can do to help you find a suitable solution ... " - so this is a scam endorsed by Booking.com!

The apartment is large and there is a lot of light in the living room. The bedroom might have been too if the blinds weren't broken. The advantage is parking in front of the house. The air conditioning is definitely a plus.

We had a problem with the location (once we had a problem with the mobile network and on the other hand two navigations were pulling us completely different directions). After calling the owner and saying that we don't have WhatsApp, there was arrogance in his voice. However, we finally made an agreement. I don't like when the description of the accommodation lists equipment that is not actually there (but that was already obvious from the photos). The equipment of the apartment was quite broken. Hot water in the bath was absolutely impossible (not very hot water and very weak current). There were bugs running around in the bathroom (I saw 2, they were fast and disappeared behind the bath). A mat would be suitable for the sofa because it is very hard.

Dobrá dostupnosť,parkovanie pred vchodom. Veľké priestranné izby. Fajn vybavená kuchyňa.
