Barrique 13 - Breakfast at Restaurant & Minibar - Old Town

Great central location. Host sent good directions to find keys by WhatsApp. Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. Nice breakfast but a good 10 minute walk away.

Was a bit too warm the first night as we couldn’t turn heating down (wasn’t sure how to use the controls), but host sorted it for the next day. Ok for us, but two flights of stairs might be difficult for less mobile people and heavy luggage.

The water in the shower couldn't maintain the temperature, going from hot to cold over and over again.

The location itself is in the middle of the city, lots of space in apartment, and the breakfast was good.

Very difficult to find. There was a lot of construction and garbage littered in the corridor to entrance. There was no elevator and difficult spiraling stairs. Not enough towel, dish soap, shampoo, and dirty sponge. The kitchen didn't feel ready for occupants. After complaining all issues were resolved. Above all wouldn't return because there is a step leading into the restroom and toilet that is hard to see at night and would be a tripping hazard. Also breakfast is a 10 min walk instead of hosted in the hotel.

It was very spacious, smart and clean and in a perfect location. Beds were comfortable andTVs in both rooms

The entrance was down an alley filled with building materials and rubbish, the door was hard to find, not signed clearly and the whole look was very off putting. Also there were not enough facilities at the apartment, no tea or coffees or anything so we could make a drink or food when we arrived, it’s annoying to have to buy basics like salt and pepper or cooking oil. Two of the curtain in rooms were off their hooks so were difficult to close and made the rooms look untidy which was a shame as the otherwise quality of the rooms was very good.

The apartment was very clean but the entrance was a bit awkward. Located in the city centre, closer to all the restaurants/places to visit.

It was all right once we settled in but we found the location after we got lost in the hostel opposite the flats.
