"Exceptional"

דירה מאובזרת מאוד, נקיה וחדשה. מטבח מעולה, מים חמים במקלחת. יש בה הכל! בדיוק מה שהיינו צריכים! שירותיים מאוד.

יש שני בתי דירות של אותה הרשת במרחק כמה דקות נסיעה אחת מהשני. זה לא כתוב בשום מקום וקיבלנו הודעת וואסאפ עם מיקום אבל לא הבנו שזה מיקום אחר ממה שכתוב בבוקינג. זה משהו שצריך לציין ולכתוב ברור יותר. אנחנו הגענו למקום הלא נכון והיינו צריכים לנסוע למקום השני. אבל חוץ מהפרט הטכני הזה הכל היה מעולה!

"Very nice apartment, not a walkable location"

The apartment was large, clean and very comfortable for 4 people. We appreciated the second bathroom. Staff were very helpful and nice.

The location was not ideal for us. It is not really centrally located. Even though some restaurants were a 5-10 minute walk, the sidewalks in the area were either in bad shape or nonexistent, causing you to walk in the very busy and somewhat crazy street traffic. Also, there were very few street lights, which made walking back from dinner rather difficult, given all the holes in and around the sidewalks. I've walked in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh so Im not faint of heart but the combination of sidewalk state and street traffic is not something I would want to do again.

The front desk was so helpful with everything. Securing a taxi for us to get to dinner and with directions and helping with the luggage. Facilities are beautiful and accommodated to people very well.

Very well kept, comfortable, modern apartment suites located a 10-15 min walk or quick Bolt ride to the city center. The staff are very friendly and take very good care of the residences.

Everything is excellent but it's useful to know that laundry is not available in-suite. Instead, it needs to be arranged with the staff if required.
