Great location close to the beach

I had a huge cockroach in the bathroom. Thereafter I started to search for other ones and found the apartment very dusty under the bed and desks, only the clear visible areas were cleaned. Even bottles of previous guests were still under the sideboard below the tv. Half of the apartments are under rennovation and therefore you will find a lot of noise and dust. The could inform about this. Communication was not very nice. Upon complaining about the cockroach the answer was „it must have gotten in there after cleaning, but it was mopped for sure“ so they didn’t really care about the issue.

Cozy, location, views, ease of access.

There was a small issue that management addressed promptly the next day. AC works if on “turbo”, but it doesn’t stay on this setting long.

The location was perfect (across the street from the ocean) and everything you need for the perfect beach day were available in the until. My husband’s favorite part was the fishing he could do right out the front door! The pool was wonderful as well.

Maybe a divider on the balcony for a little more privacy.

Short walk to beach and had beach toys for the kids and chairs for adults but only 2.

Floors were filthy. They said the steam mop but my children’s hands and feet here black in the first few minutes we were there. Couch bed has no life left to it, flat and you can feel the pull out couch frame. Sliding door is messed up, screen is backwards and you have to figure out how it opens. Railing outside on deck facing pool is broken and loose, I didn’t let me children out there. Not kitchen table.rooms says it fits 4 but table they provide is for 2. No laundry in room, it’s a laundry mat for building, in description it doesn’t specify that. Bathroom is tiny. For the price, it was VERY disappointing. Carpets walking into room looked dirty and idk if they were even washed.

Perfect getaway for our first solo family vacation with our baby! Location was awesome, just a short walk to the beach. The closet was stocked with all beach essentials which was perfect as we didn’t have room in the car to pack beach chairs. Would definitely recommend.

Despite half closed down from the hurricanes, it was still great.

No instructions for heat, TV, external lighting. Assistance quickly provided.

We loved how close and convenient the property was to the beach.

For one, we had to turn the water off and on every time we needed to use the toilet, but the biggest thing was the pull out mattress was nasty and looked like it had a pee stain on it.
