GBThe location is good for being based in the small town of Akaroa for a couple of nights.
The apartment was not as clean as we would have expected. The bedside tables needed wiping clean, some of the cups, plates and bowls in the kitchenette needed washing properly, and there were hairs on the floor in the bathroom. The apartment has a problem with an infestation of ants in the kitchenette. Despite being meticulous in not leaving food out and cleaning everything, we still found large numbers of ants on the dining table and kitchen surfaces.

there were no extras included, no milk, no body wash. so make sure you pack everything. There were no magazines etc. just a clean apartment shell. no frills. even pack toilet paper. there was only half a toilet roll in the cupboard to spare

surrounded by other properties in close proximity so overlooked in every room, not much privacy
