I arrived there and they told me that they were fully booked,the sent us another guest house,which they also sent us to another guest house,we had to topup, poor service.

Not accommodated sad it's fully booked after being charged

Absolutely nothing. We were treated horribly.

Couldn’t tell you. We didn’t get to even go in. We were told they were fully booked and not issued a refund. The owner was incredibly rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. We eventually filed a small claims complaint as they refused to refund us despite refuse to serve us. Worst experience of my life. I was cussed out, told that I’m stupid and my Valentines Day was ruined. What was meant to be a special getaway with my partner has turned into a nightmare. I’m forced to deal with these horrific people until they agree to pay me back. Disgusting people, disgusting place. Save your time and money.

The internet connection was good Availability of hot water

The bathroom had no door and air fresherners The kitchen was was used by everybody and it was dirty The pool was so dirty ,you could tell that the maintenance was no longer a thing

Nothing cause I paid n I was never accommodated , has to go and book elsewhere

How they make us to pay and upon arrival they said they fully booked, I want my refund
