"Perfect location, modern, clean and well equipped!"

The property was practically brand new, clean and excellent location. The host was easily contactable, we had a few small requests, and these were brought up immediately! Genuinely could not fault the property, we absolutely loved our stay there! We were able to cook, wash laundry and relax - exactly what we wanted.

"The location and service concept will probably make us visit again but the service (as many things in Mongolia) must'"

Location is prime and close to most things anyone would need.

Only 1 set of towels for the whole duration of stay, loud renovation noise during last 3 nights coming from inside the building, shower/bathwater was rusty, toiletries were tiny and only provided on the day we checked on and were never replenished.

There was no dish towel and second towel for my colleague. It would have been better to have the option of either a twin share- with a second bed or a couch to sleep on to make sharing with my colleague who is not my spouse.
