Location is excellent and great value for money compared to other choices in UB. Bare in mind this is a residence, not a hotel so there isn't someone on the desk full time but staff are incredibly kind & helpful and very responsive via txt/ call/ whatsapp. Parking is available, although slightly limited. Can't beat the location. This will absolutely be my go to place in UB now. Modern, clean, comfortable.

Unfortunately the shower was not warm enough, on the first night I had a good hot shower and after that it was lukewarm. Hopefully it can be fixed especially heading into winter now it's nice to have a good hot shower. Everything else is great.

"If all the appliances were operational upon arrival then my stay would have been perfect"
