They gave me a smaller and different room than the one I booked. They made me wait 15 minutes and told me to wait in the restaurant. Check-in was at two, but the room still wasn’t ready, so they offered me another room that was smaller than the one I had booked because mine wasn’t clean. Then, when I wanted to extend my stay, they offered me a discount, but it didn’t include breakfast, even though I had originally booked with breakfast. I mentioned that, and they told me I could handle it through Booking. In the end, they cancelled the “discount.” I don’t think the service and treatment are worthy of a 4-star hotel.
