not crowded the staff tried their best and are really dedicated clean rooms

the food is disappointing. breakfast is very limited. coffee served is instant coffee.. parking is tight and somewhat hard to find Room of 4 was small, the city sounds were very loud, making it hard to sleep. bathroom has a window opening to the room itself, not to the outside. the Bathroom is very tight, when showering water runs all over and not at all soundproof.The Sink is standing on very brittle metal legs, one of which fell. This is not a 4 star hotel, 3 star at max

It looks ok, some of the staff were nice

The parking ramp fell immediately and damaged my car, there is zero noise isolation in the rooms - it sounds like all your neighbours are in your room with you (6 of us in 3 different rooms didn't sleep at all it was so loud), I don't think our room was cleaned after the last guest because my son's perfectly white socks were dark brown after only about two hours walking around the room and the mini bar wasn't stocked, the playroom was so dirty it stinks and trampolines and similar things are held together by duct tape (!!), the food had the taste of stale oil, the so called balcony is so small it's like an airplane seat, my two year old who was listed on the booking but didn't need his own bed was denied breakfast... It is a two star hotel made up to appear 4 stars in pictures and to charge a 4 star price.

Snídaně byla vždy super. Personál velice vstřícný a milý. Doporučuji.

Es liegt sehr Zentral in Mitte der Stadt.
