Cute little place. Great neighborhood.

Didn't realize it was part of a home. But not a big deal. The entrance was separate.

It was located in a quiet nice looking upscale subdivision that looks safe. The rental property was integrated to the main house but with a separate entrance. And it was pet friendly.

The air conditioning cannot be modified to be cooler than the stated 70 degrees, and feels humid and stuffy despite the A/C.
