Location

I was forced to leave after 2 hours because it was double booked, I need a refund.

They couldn’t open the door for us, I had no idea there was a code or that this was even a house I was booking. It looks like false advertising and I want my money back. I would never stay or go here again, it’s far away from everything and super sketch.

Location was good

The cleaning product was very strong. Had to leave window and door open

1. Quiet neighborhood 2. Ample street parking 3. Nice shower with detachable shower head 4. Cold fridge with comp water bottles; Keurig with comp coffee; microwave 5. Clean/tidy small suite

1. Couldn't enter room until instructions were given which weren't given until 1800 whenTV demanded after emails were sent and a call was made; by that time it was dark (outdoor light to room should be on auto timer and door keypad is dark until touched) 2. Clear written instructions needed for use of AC/heater with remote 3. Faucet tap leaks, toilet runs, shower needs either bath mat or safety bar for support 3. Could hear most noises from adjacent room (croup-like coughing, all phone convos, TV); that means they could hear my phone convos and TV on 4. Dirty bed mattress with coffee stains? (needs to be encased in plastic covering)

If I had ever received checkin instructions / keypad info. I didn't appreciate receiving a message on the day of checkin, 30 miniutes before check-in time, after I had to call to request the check-in info, that said "Hi Alicia. Unfortunately this unit is not available due to some facility related issues. I’m just just being told by building management" - when I called them to understand / complain, they didn't seem to care. My family was stranded without a place to stay, after our credit card had already been charged and we had booking confirmation and a promise for check-in instructions. Unbelievable, and the customer service agent seemed to not care or have any compassion/

everything was very clean when entering and the space felt nice .

the only 1 issue i had but isn’t a huge big deal is that i wish the front glass door had some blinds or a cover. when exiting the room to use the bathroom i felt very exposed to the outside front yard because people can see me if i were to pass by. i did see some people outside in the cars (not sure if it was owners) and knowing i can see them means they can see me since the front light is on ! definitely a downside to it bc i felt a part of my privacy was exposed but not overall a huge deal! i would 100% love to rent out this place again but please add some covers to the front door since it is transparent!

The suite was amazing. We also enjoyed taking a walk to go eat dinner. Lots of food &shops near by.

Check-in was at 3 we didn't arrive until 4:15 &the suite was not cleaned from the previous booking. Had to leave for an additional 30mins for them to clean it up. When we got back we were very happy with the suite.
