Conveniently located. Very good price. Comfortable beds. Has a nice inner stone-floored yard. Near an excellent grocery. Prompt communication with the owner. Rapid reaction to the problem in the bathroom. The possibility to store luggage after checkout - really grateful for that.

The pillows were very thin - however, the beds were otherwise comfortable and had very good mattresses. The kitchen could have a bit more cutlery. And the toaster was not working and could not be repaired. All in all, those were minor things.

Nice, clean and cozy place, great for a short city break in a modern building. Especially for someone who is focused on exploring the island and basically needs a place to sleep in good value.

No issues

Everything was alright. Very helpful people, and very responsive. If something isn't clear or something doesn't work, just write them a message and everything will be fixed. We checked out at 10am, but had keys from the flat until we went to the airport and used the facilities. It was very comfortable.

It's not a bad feedback, but it is a residence for short-term students, therefore they might be a bit noisy, and if you are having vacation with the family it might be a bit uncomfortable for older generation, but all students were very good and when we asked to be a bit more quiet, everything was good. The walls are thin that's why it was a bit noisy.

-Thin, glass bedroom doors allow light and noice to come through -Superficial 5 minutes cleaning. Someone comes daily to empty the trash and clean the toilet, kitchen and floor. The same footsteps marks were on the living room floor for 4 days. This is just one example of the things not properly cleaned. -It would be useful to have a handbook somewhere at the property. There is a label asking to sort the garbage but no instructions what goes to what bin.
