Brewmaster Residence

The properly seemed very clean, spotless. And you could tell how new everything was. The location was pretty useful, not in the midst of nighttime movement but close enough to have a cab under 5€ with night fair. our room had an AC that worked wonderfully.

The information in the rooms are inaccurate. We booked a room that stated we would have a laundry machine on it, but upon arrival we found out that we did not have it. Some other booking had it, so we were offered to either coordinate with them, or use the apartment next door that had a laundry room and they did lend us the key to use it. The blinds in the apartment did not filter sunlight, so we woke up before 6AM due to this.

It s a new modern building apartments for rent as we saw. we booked a 3 beds room, didnt understand if it was a single room full apartment for the 3 of us, or a room in an apartment. So basically it was like this: the apartment we stayed in had 4 rooms with 2 shared bathrooms-1 for men, 1 for women. It had a fully equipped modern kitchen and an open space living room with a balcony. There was AC in the living room, in my room as well.. ironing station.. no hairdryer though. Wi fi. My room was clean, 3 single beds, clean sheets, a big wardrobe, AC, we had keys to lock our room . The location was a big plus. In a quiet area.we were afraid we would be too far away from Saint julian but there was only 1 bus stop away. The location turned out to be great actually, as we could see afterwards that St Julian &Sliema were noisy and crowded compared to the place we stayed. The building is located 2 mins away walking from the bus stop(the name of the bus stop is Pembroke park 2 , if I remember well), 4-5 mins walking from Greens(a big supermarket). There was a Pastizzeria shop downstairs next to the building, which was great.-great traditional products for breakfast or snacks. I would stay there again.

The description on Booking. It doesent really say if the bathroom is shared or not, didnt understand well if we were booking a full apartment with 3 beds ... or a room with 3 beds in an apartment. the descriprion should be more accurate We also had some issues with some flatmates, they were kinda loud in one of the nights. But ok, it was manageable as we asked them to keep it down. we had a queue at the bathroom in some moments, but still, understandable, as we were total 5 women in the apartment for a bathroom. no big deal though .

The location was good, access to the property was clear and easy to understand. The kitchen had lots of utensils and the bathroom was cleaned daily.

Our towels were damp/smelled like mould and when we asked for a replacement we were ignored.

Was very close to the center.

It’s not a hotel,it’s an apartment and not everyone is quite.So you don’t have your own space and you cant sleep easily at night cause most of the people there had music on very loud at night or cooking at 2am!
