We had some problems getting into the building, as we failed to communicate with host on time. But Karen responded in the middle of the night to our texts, so all was fine. Really appreciated that all our additional requests were met - water was placed in rooms, additional towels, and the most important - as we paid from two separate accounts - payment options and separate receipts! The Greens supermarket had really all that we needed in terms of fruits, food and refreshments. For people coming on short study visits to Malta - all was really fine.

A bit more places to hang your towels in bathroom, as bathrooms are shared with other people, and not everybody cleans after itself. Maybe to make rules about hygiene in shared places more visible.

Good location, spacious room, and the private bathroom is a big plus. The owner is really helpful and nice! Good price-quality ratio

The walls are pretty thin and you can hear pretty much everything, which can be disturbing if there are other people at the location. If there aren't, then you won't have this issue. There was no bottle opener, nor adaptor, which was pretty annoying as we wanted to have a drink and had to find alternative solutions. However, for the adaptor, the owner offered to lend one to me for a few hours.

It was close to the facilities we were in malta for. It was very large with two bedrooms. Close but far enough away from St.Julians to avoid nightlife noise.

The shower was very weak, more like a drizzle. There was a lot of echo in the apartment and it was cold. The cold is probably a good thing in the summer though. There was no shower gel/shampoo provided. This kind of sentiment can really improve the experience. They could also make the wifi details easier to find.

It’s was good value for money, Well located and spacious. It also had all the basic amenities.

The build quality of the finishes is not commensurate with an apartment of this type. The dishes in the kitchen were poorly cleaned before being stowed away in the cupboard. The oven tray was not cleaned after last use. Being ok the 3rd floor of 4, the occupants of the apartment directly above were extremely noisy!!! Partying, with loud music, dancing, singing and shouting and loudly moving furniture around) until 5a.m. They were also very noisy the day after (Sunday), playing music loudly and moving furniture around, making loud scraping noises on the floor above. Also lots of noise coming from the main road on which the apartment is located.
