Riverside Guesthouse & Sauna

We stayed in the bungalow that this GuestHouse offers. We were very disappointed. Cold welcome, no comfortable table to sit outside, noisy fridge during the night, food too salty. We had the misfortune of being followed by a stray dog, they kicked and thrown stones in front of us, even while eating we were treated to the dog's cries of pain. After making the decision to drop the dog off myself a kilometer away, the owner said some apologies, "that it was not done on purpose." Also overpriced for the service. To flee.

I stayed with my mountain guide in the small bungalow by the guest house which was spacious and had all you need - really lovely. The guest house was very near the start of the walk to Theth, was very clean, and put up our mule as well as us! We got an excellent, filling meal and in spite of a broadband issue, the hosts managed to connect me to the Wifi using their own phones. My guide - who spoke Albanian - had a lovely time sitting round chatting. A very peaceful spot and excellent value.

This isn't a criticism, but do note that this place does not take cards and you need to pay in cash (Euros).

The sourrounding of the house is very calm and beutiful. The rooms and the beds are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very good, we loved that all the vegetables comes just from the garden. We loved the pancakes too! The host family is amazing, we got lots of helps from them. Our car was broken down, and we might still be there without their helping hand. I really can recommend it to anybody!

We stayed in the litte hut outside the main property. We loved the food, the hosts and the place in general!

The hosts were lovely, and a nice quiet location a little past Vusanje. We were a big group of 8 and loved the fact we could all stay in the same room.

This was our first stop on the Peaks of the Balkans trail, and compared to other places we stayed, the dinner/breakfast/lunch pack were relatively expensive and not the best value for money.

We slept in a cozy cottage with 6 friends. It was very cozy; the double bed was in the kitchen downstairs. Friendly hosts. Not the most familiar with vegetarian cuisine.

Vegeterian food options. Shower did not work well.
