The cleaning staff was super friendly! The room was modern with a big and comfortable bed. The location was great.

The room was facing the main street and it was quite noisy even with the windows closed. The curtains are not so thick so there's a lot of light coming in.

The apartment is located just 15 minutes from downtown. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was incredibly helpful and ready to assist with any questions. The room was small but very cozy. I definitely recommend it for the price!

-The window in the photo is not a proper window. You can not use it for airing, it is covered with a foil and leads to a chimney between houses so you have no natural light in the room. The bathroom smells of mold and damp. The access to the room itself is complicated- stairs, no lift, very narrow corridors. -They rebuilt an ordinary flat to get as many rooms for renting. I doubt they followed any safety measures. I Can not imagine evacuation of all guests in case of fire for example. -The way managers of this accommodation act is also not appropriate. My personal experience: I contacted the accommodation straight after arriving to the room and complained about the “window”. I was told to leave the room immediately, not to touch anything and to cancel my stay with booking and I was promised to get 100% refund. I did so and in about 1 hour I got a message that the refund would be only 70%. Another strange thing- I did not pay breakfast and 2 days before my arrival to this apartment I got a message saying that I would get complimentary breakfast every morning and as return they asked for positive reference.
