"Locatie buna, apartament ok, comunicare proasta. Frig. In detaliu o sedere de slaba calitate."

Amplasament ok. Afara am gasit parcare tot timpul, in pofida locatiei centrale. Relativ curat.

1.Pe booking scria check-in la ora 15. In dimineata sosirii am primit mesaj cu check-in la ora 16. La 16 fix am incercat sa iau legatura cu numarul de contact nimeni nu a raspuns. In conditiile in care aveam deja intalnire la 16.30 a fost foarte deranjant. Dupa apeluri repetate am primit informatii lacunare. 2. Caldura oprita in apartament si nu ai cum sa o reglezi. Afara -10 grade... in apartament probabil 15! Probabil un proprietar foarte zgarcit. 3. Suportul de dus rupt. 4. Nimic util in bucatarie.

Pidin siitä että saimme huoneen aikaisemmin, kuin mitä olisi pitänyt sillä matkustimme lasten kanssa.

En pitänyt huoneistosta. Se oli pieni, ei kovinkaan puhdas ja järkyttävän kylmä. Sijaintina ok.
