The location

I waited for about an hour at the entrance of the building for a self-check-in code, trying to contact the house manager and getting no response. After receiving the access code I went in, my first impression was that it was quite dirty and quite cold. There were no necessary things like a mop, broom or dustpan.

Patul foarte inconfortabil, a trebuit să stăm mereu cu climă aprinsă pentru era foarte rece ! Clima făcea un zgomot puternic! Pe jos era murdar!

Conveniently located near grocery stores, pharmacies, Tineretului metro station and park.

The apartment was only superficially cleaned. I found a lot of hair, it was not properly dusted, and there was dirt in some corners, for example in the bathroom. What surprised me was that the heating in the apartment was turned off when I checked in, in January. The radiators were cold and I had to wait for the apartment to warm up. Lastly, there is no private parking. If you wish to park, there are parking spots in front of the building, some paid and others reserved for residents. You need to leave your phone number on the windshield, as the parking is not dedicated.

Cazarea e super curată, super confortabilă, aproape de orice

Specifică la facilități că ar avea parcare dar în realitate sunt doar "posibilități de a parca" pe trotuare, în parcări publice etc :(

Incă un tv pt dormitor și cablu pt canale de știri în romănă.

Esperienza davvero negativa, appena arrivati ci siamo resi conto che la pulizia non era un granché , peli presenti nei sanitari , carta igienica a metà rotolo lasciata probabilmente dai precedenti ospiti non sostituita, attrezzatura per la cucina assente , c’era una padella e non poteva neanche essere utilizzata per il piano a induzione. Inoltre c’era la vasca da bagno con una tenda, e non una doccia come mostrato dalle foto ed ogni volta che ci lavavamo il bagno praticamente si allagava. Non c è stato fornito un asciugamano da mettere a terra per la doccia, il primo giorno ho provato a richiederlo scrivendo un messaggio all host senza ricevere alcuna risposta. Assenti inoltre anche i saponi all’interno dei dispenser , quello posizionato sul lavandino era anch’esso riempito per meno della metà. Il bagno durante tutta la giornata faceva rumore ogni qual volta scaricava qualcuno all’interno della struttura poiché probabilmente era collegato.
