The prize were cheap but the service were poor.

The service were poor, the car park was far away from the room we about to stay. When we called no answer, the untidy young man came to serve us, so we just left. No direction but we were new and the reception was in the middle not in front where every receptions supposed to be

The location and comfy bed

Nothing to cook with brand new stove but no pots or pans. Only 1 spoon and 1fork. Couldn’t park by your unit so had to carry everything in the rain

Sofa bed was old and smelt bad - tried to sleep on it but was better on the floor!! When asked for a pan to cook our food was told we needed to buy our own only a small pot provided for cooking no utensils for cooking no microwave

Comfortable bed. Nice lounge. Quiet. Felt safe.

There was nothing to cook with and inadequate crockery. I was thinking I would need to eat my cereal out of a cup, but in the morning one bowl turned up in the kitchen, so I was grateful for that. A cup of tea would have been nice.

The lounge is spacious, with a good couch and table with dining chairs. Ability to cook for yourself. Full sized fridge. Smart TV with YouTube and ability to log in if you have a Netflix account. Laundry facilities on site. Ability to park in the car park with swipe card access.

There's no microwave in the kitchen. Not much in cooking utensils available, no frying pan, there are two small pots available. The room itself is a bit dated, and hopefully will get an upgrade same with the bathroom. The bed needs a topper as you can feel the springs. There are cobwebs and spiders around the bedroom, which needs a good vacuum. Wifi may be available but no information is given. But we didn't need it as our devices have unlimited data.
