If you’re looking for a place that feels like a cross between a survival reality show, an abandoned crime documentary, and a series of bad decisions… this is your spot. Unfortunately, we were just looking for a motel for two nights. We made it one. Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk—which, looking back, should’ve been our first clue. The room was advertised as having a queen bed and a couch bed. What we got was a full-size bed and a tiny, rock-hard couch that barely qualified as seating, let alone sleeping arrangements. The hot water was nonexistent, the smoke detector appeared to have retired years ago, and the doorknob was actively trying to separate itself from the door. The carpet was sticky, the bathroom sink drained at the speed of a melting glacier, and the freezer in the mini fridge was so iced over it looked like it hadn’t been defrosted since the early 2000s. Amenities were also lacking—two towels, no washcloths, no extra towels available, one blanket for the entire room, and no extra bedding for the so-called “couch bed.” The hallways came with complimentary late-night yelling, and the entire place smelled like cigarettes, mildew, and unresolved life choices. But the moment everything made sense was when we noticed the bright orange sticker on the front door that read: “ORDER TO VACATE.” Suddenly, all the missing staff, broken amenities, and overall chaos started to add up. We booked two nights. We lasted one. Checking out early wasn’t a disappointment—it was self-preservation.

The rooms were comfortable and for the most part quiet. At first the price was fair. The maintenance guy that lives there is very nice. Hard to describe an issue due to a communication barrier. Feel bad for him because at times some people will leave the rooms trashed. Thank you D R for the patience he has and helping all the best you can.

The fact that on booking says long term and short term. Well I wanted long term and the only way is to either book monthly or book ahead or else the room you're in isn't available at times. Was told they aren't able to block your room from being booked, they don't do leases or allow you to pay for what room you're in. I stayed here for almost 4 months because the price you cannot beat. Quit a few people are long term and you hear from them it's a struggle because of how they can't block the room you're in from being reserved. One person just for a week had to book a different hotel and come back when a room was available again. Eventually you'll end up in the common living area with all your stuff. Booking.com also says there's a kitchenette along with stating they are short and long term apartments for minimalist living. Only when you get there there's no kitchen in room they make it difficult to stay long term and definitely not an apartment. Stop putting down long term stays because honestly their idea of "LONG TERM" is a month. The property manager was very rude to me and threatened to black list me over making a mistake with days I wanted and paid for. Ended up staying an extra day passed what was paid for. Didn't appreciate the extreme reprocussion and could of been more professional. Oh and lastly a sign on the front door to the place saying water contaminated and everyone was to evacuate by 8/2025. I first booked this place 3/2026. So.......other than the great location and the few things I did like.....this place is horrible.

The staff are amazing. Facilities are clean, help is available 24/7. Considering how expensive everything is, this place is a hidden gem!

Large rooms which is fairly quiet except for the couple of times when some people check in. There’s a laundry room and there’s a quick response when you contact them.

That they don’t give discounts for extended stays because I’ve spent several weeks here.
