Ideal Hotel for our needs, staff were great and very helpful. Bedroom was very clean and everything we needed was there! Ideal location.

Номер был ужасно некомфортный, в бронировании было указано internal window, но отель нагло умалчивает, что это внутренне окно выходит на вентиляционную шахту, в которой нон стоп работает вытяжка, от которой очень шумно и идет запах из кухни. Спать невозможно, очень душно и вообще нет свежего воздуха. Перед походом на Мачу пикчу не выспались и чувствовали себя разбитыми. В ванной были пустые емкости с шампунем и кондиционером. Половина номеров отеля что заканчиваются на 3 и 4 имеет такое кошмарное окно, о котором отель умышленно умалчивает, указывая на фото номера обычный с окном.

The location is excellent. Walking distance to all the restaurants and bars and also to the ticket station for machu picchu. I had a room with a view of mountains and the river. The train runs next to the room but it was not an issue for me although the last train runs pretty late at night and 1st thing in the morning.

This is a colonial town. There are no elevators. Be prepared to walk upstairs with your bags. I stayed on the 5th floor. Pack light.

The staff was amazing. They did everything to make your stay stress free and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and we ate at the restaurant and was one of the best meals I have had in Peru.

Like most hotels in town, the train movement in the morning hours are disturbing.

Pasé una noche muy agradable en el Hotel RockRivers en Aguas Calientes. La habitación estaba muy limpia y ordenada, realmente cómoda. La ubicación es excelente, a solo 2 minutos caminando de la estación para Machu Picchu, perfecta para visitar el sitio sin preocupaciones. El personal fue muy amable y acogedor, especialmente las dos chicas de la recepción, siempre atentas y sonrientes. ¡Recomiendo mucho este hotel!
