Close to the train, shower had hot water

When we arrived the floor of our room was sticky, no towels, one glass, the front desk person’s attitude wasn’t welcoming.The room was extremely tiny for two people. It was next to a staircase and the shower’s ventilation window opened up to the staircase and we could hear people coming up and down. We had to keep asking for items multiple times like more towels it advertised that our room would be Mountain view but it was false advertising because it looked out on a bunch of buildings blocking the mountains. The check out at 9 am was too early and rushed. At the end we were scolded by the front desk that we were 30 minutes late. Other properties around were 2/3 less in price. It seemed like they were short staffed, one staff having to do multiple jobs at the same time which may have contributed to the staffs’ presentation. I sense this had to do with an owner who was willing to sacrifice hospitality to make their property into a money making machine. Besides the advertising and photos were deceiving and the facility was not like it should have been in the photos.

値段がお手頃なのとスタッフが良い方ばかりでした。

ホテルの横に線路があるので、部屋でゆっくり過ごしたい方は電車の音が少し気になるかもしれません。また、他の部屋の方達が早朝から出掛ける人が多いのか、部屋のドアをバタン！と音を立てて開け閉めするので凄くうるさかった。これはホテルのせいではないですが、朝はゆっくり寝る事が出来ませんでした。

Great location after a long hike with nice staff and storage for the day we went to Machu Picchu, can only recommend!

Clean simple room with comfortable good quality mattress. That’s all I care about!
