Nice, comfy bed. The restaurant at the ground floor, named Ponchos, is really good.

Not service-minded at all. The receptionist deliberately gave us a smaller room than we had paid for. When we realised and asked for the room which we’d paid for, she didn’t apologise. She also didn’t mention the 30 minutes massage included in the price. We only got it, when we asked for it.

The hotel was very close to the downtown.

Smelly, when you close the door the room was smelling.

Es fehlt an vielem, wie zb Fön und Zahnputzbecher, aber va an Frischluft und/oder vernünftigem Belüftungskonzept. Zimmer zum Lüftungsschacht sowie bei hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit ist alles klamm und feucht. Total überteueet auch für den Ort..

Wszystko było super, darmowa woda, na śniadanie można było domówić jajecznicę itp poza tym co stało na bufecie, oferują darmową bagażownie, pani na recepcji bardzo miła i pomocna

Very friendly front of house, room was clean and comfortable.

Left bag at property to visit Machu Picchu, bag was a large hiking bag and was left by staff in what we assume was split juice. Strap of bag was soaked in an extremely smelly liquid that seeped into husband’s clothes once on back - very disappointing. Other thing to note, room had a lovely balcony but as over railway line it was noisy, although didn’t impact my sleep as exhausted from trekking.
