Attitude of the staff when called and asked about checking in at 2 pm as per booking time only to be told that during summer time the actual check in is at 3 pm- we had to wait in the car in scouring heath for more than an hour because they don’t have enough staff to clean their places in due time and respect the actual check in time

Am revenit in aceasta locatie cu placere,unde ne-am simtit ca acasa.Amplasat intr-o zona linistita,apartamentul este confortabil,utilat si primitor.Multumim.

The apartment was OK

The host was very rude. We agreed over the phone for a check-in time at 3 PM. At that time we were in front of the apartment building and we met the hostess in front of the building door carrying a pile of bed sheets and towels. She told us that she didn't have time to clean and prepare the apartment. So the apartment was dirty and not ready for us. Of course we complained and she said if we don't like it we can get the money back and go away. Very rude. What kind of an answer is this? We had a deal, we were tired after few hundred miles of driving in a terrible heat and we just wanted to relax. So we have to wait for 2 hours for hostess to clean and prepare the apartment. As a 'bonus' the apartment didn't have even AC.
