Good overall value for money. Good central location - close to supermarket and near the City-Center. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication easy .It was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The bed was really comfortable, and I slept well every night.

A few things could use an update, such as the small holes in the living room wall and a few other small bits.

Bathroom it was cold, (maybe due to the works from the outside of the apartment)

The town is a surprise - the apartment and surrounding are an old Communist era housing development; with crunbling pavements, grafitti, dingy smelly halls and drab exteriors; inside however the hosts have made the most of the place. Staying here is a lesson in 20th century history. The City was great - dining out and sitting out at night in the park was great fun -- and the local is excellent if you have been visiting the UNESCO monasteries. There is car parking for 1 car behind the apartment building allocated to the flat. Near the flat is a good small supermarket that ipens late.

We asked for the key code to get in - but we didn't get this the night beore or the morning we set out. This is despite asking and explaining that by 9 am we would be travelling and couldn't access the internet. At 9am on the morning we were due to arrive there was still no message and no door code sent to us, so we had to set out in a state of uncdeertainty. Not unsurprisingly we messaged the host to sms/text the key code to us -- but it was not sent. We had to ring up and ask for help when we reached the place - and were given a curt reply that we should have done this on the internet ourselves! If you aren't ready for communist era housing - then you could be in for a shock when you walk up to this place past the graffiti and the youths of the area sitting on the pavements outside looking hostile! A quick count of the working light bulbs vs broken ones was about evens - so it was a bit dim in the evening. The same goes for the crockery and cutlery - we had to eat breakfast in shifts to share out the items between us! Its a case of "what it could have been" - with a little effort it could have been a much nicer stay. I hope the host has fixed this when you book - as in truth the changes needed are only very little. We loved the city and would be happy to visit again.

Modern and clean apartment right near the city center and all the main points of interest. The parking spot is quite convenient. The self check-in went smoothly. There is a big supermarket 1 minute away.

It would be useful to provide a guide for the heating system in the self check-in information. We eventually figured out how it works, but for people who are not familiar with it might be tricky.
