We liked everything at this property or apartment, it’s moderately, spacious, clean, stunning views, and it has everything you need for your stay. Picked up keys from the Radisson Blue hotel just few feet from the hotel, instructions were clear for how to get inside and park. We ate at the Italian restaurant in the Riddertunet Leiligheter’s big building which is right behind our building, the food was delicious and reasonable price.

When we got the keys and got inside to the parking, took the elevator and got out but we couldn’t figure out where our apartment was, we went up and down but it wasn’t clear which one was and if we were on the right floor even (by the way we are four engineers and couldn’t figure it out😂) finally we found a cleaning lady and she showed us the way to our apartment, it turned out the number and the letters don’t match what’s on the paper we got from the hotel. We were lucky that we didn’t get there at night otherwise we would have a big problem.

My only gripe with the stay was that there was a substantial cleaning fee which was NOT in any reservation material on Booking.com or in any email communications which I received. The front desk accommodated us by allowing us to do our own cleaning, but that was a first! This seems like a gross oversight or omission given that the cleaning fee was somewhere around 40% of the rental price! We ended up spending an hour conducting a proper cleaning which, since we only spent the one night, did not need to be very involved. There were many places (like the initial reservation!) where this could have been disclosed in advance - just like the fee for rental of bed linens and towels - so it should have been. Check-in at the front desk is NOT the time to be adding or disclosing previously undisclosed costs or fees, Transparency with customers is a VERY import part of a reputable business model.

The apartment is in a beautiful new complex and is completely new. (2020/2021) The central downtown location was ideal for doing things within walking distance.

The drain from the shower and toilet of the upstairs neighbors was very noisy.

Clean and modern room. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Beds were amazing. Slept like a baby.
