Location of course. Also the facilities were top notch. Everything just worked perfectly, once I understood how to use it.

Check in process and hospitality. I rented the apartment for 1 week, so I assumed they can spend 10 min with me to check me in. I was wrong: The check in is in hotel lobby nearby. They just charge you for the entire week and give keys. Their instructions of where to park were not good, so I took pictures and went back to ask them. Eventually I found the parking door, but didn't know how to get in (during my stay I found others that had the same problem). So I went back again to the hotel lobby and asked again. Eventually I parked the car and went into the apartment. All the electronics manuals were in non-English. So I took them all and went back to the hotel to ask. They didn't help and didn't want to send someone with me to show me. So I needed to spend 1 hour with Google Translate to understand how to use the electronics devices in the apartment. I went again for the 4th time to ask to change my parking spot (it was close to the garbage), and they said they can't since they are fully booked. Well, within the 7 nights I spent there, there were only 2 cars (including mine) in a 15 spots parking garage. So to summarize: 100 for the location 100 for the apartment facilities and comfort 0 for the check in and service (I did hundreds of check in through my life in dozens of countries and this one was the worst). Very sad. Could be easily solved by creating a set of instruction manual OnLine or within the apartment in English and/or to instruct the hotel receptionist to be more friendly. I want to add that I came in low season, so there was no reason for this behavior.

As for the price of the location and accommodation, it really exceeded our expectations :O :)
