The room and the best were comfortable. We asked for the cleaner to come and in 30 min we had the bathroom cleaned

The apartment was an absolute disgrace. We didn't even end up staying a night there despite paying for 4 nights and had to pay to stay somewhere else due to the inconvenience of the apartment. The Outside of the property is covered in graffiti and isnt maintained very well, once you're inside the property the staircase isn't fit for purpose and will eventually lead to an accident, there are numerous smashed windows in the hall way and no lighting, while also stinking of cannabis and cigarettes. Once we approached our apartment the door was faulty and could easily be broken into which we didn't feel very safe about, we WASNT. made aware that it was shared bathrooms and toilets. These facilities (bathrooms and toilets) were filthy especially the toilet and the shower. Our room was filthy with the bedsheets and pillow covers obviously not being changed prior to our visit with them being stained and smelling horrendously. Furthermore the balcony was a safety hazard with the door not shutting correctly and it also being held together by a single piece of rotting wood.
