Not much to like

This place is using a small wifi router designed for a single person's apartment and then acts shocked that it doesn't work for a hostel. I told the front desker that the wifi wasn't working (it didn't work at all the whole time I was there) and she said there was nothing she could do and that it was like that when there were lots of guests (it seemed like a pretty normal amount of people). All they need to do is invest in a better wifi system--they are being so cheap and will continue to get terrible reviews unless they upgrade it. Many other places in Namibia have great wifi so it's not a Namibia thing. People's stuff was strewn all over the floor of the room so you could barely even walk and someone was talking on their phone in their bed at night when a bunch of people were trying to sleep. The hostel was unwilling to enforce the rules even after I told them. The kitchen was dirty and there were lots of dirty dishes all over so it didn't seem sanitary enough to use. And to top it all off, there was no hot water in the shower! It was barely lukewarm. And again the staff said that there was nothing they could do.

Great little hostel just out of the main centre of Windhoek. Comfy & friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

The floor make to much noise ,

very nice chill out areas and a good equipped kitchen. the staff called us taxis because we couldn’t do it with our foreign cell phone number. Wifi was good, but not enough for calls via WhatsApp

the staff seemed a little bit grumpy, but I don’t think they do it on purpose. unfortunately the pool couldn’t be used because it was too dirty

The staff are very friendly, the place is clean and near the town centre. One can easily access a cab, too.

The fact that there was no hot bathing water in the morning.
