"It was pretty much perfect for what we wanted - an overnight stop close to Paihia."

We did not have breakfast
It was very hot throughout the night and I would have left the bathroom window open but for the fact it could have been used to access the rooms from outside. I might be nearly 76, but I remember from teenage years how easy windows were to enter home when my Dad locked the doors at midnight!

loation was ok. commnity kitchen was ok
This property need a lot of updating. only saw one employee who said he was maintance. no check in people on duty but phone contact was offered.
