A staff can speak English fluently, and he was very kind to tell me how ro get to Rishtan etc,,, The room was clean, and breakfast was included in 10 dollars. What can you expect more? I don't know why the rate is so low.

If you stay with another group, it might be little bit noisy.

This place is okay, for the price you pay it's worth it. You can cook something in the small kitchen, it's nice. There are good eating places nearby too. The staff are really helpful. Hot water works and bathrooms are clean. Breakfast was also good.

The rooms are small here. I was not that fussed. If your experienced with travelling it's no problem, you will like it. It's a good hostel/home stay, for short term.

This place is better than its rating score. Staff were nice. I arrived at lunchtime and was given some leftover breakfast bits. Free tea all day in the kitchen. Hot shower. Comfy bed. Shops next door where you can buy water and a 20-minute walk to the palace. Suited me well.

We really did not understand the comments on booking. The staff was really kind and helpful, the breakfast was Ok, the bathroom was cleaned in the morning and the beds with mattresses were quite comfortable (not all beds had one on them in the dorm but you can probably ask for it at the reception).

There was no sign to tell people to keep the bathroom clean so some users made it dirty during the day and it stayed like this for hours but this is not really the hostel's fault as they clean it in the morning.

First of all, the owner told us we have to pay double the amount instead of what was shown on booking.com claiming that the price was for 1 person but I selected 2 people in my booking, if it was wrong, he should have adjusted the pricing and not mislead people. Secondly we were drove to another place as he claimed the current place we at where all the photos are shown here was full. But no, as we did went upstairs to have a look trying to find him when we arrived, there are empty rooms and much cleaner with two showers and seated toilet and kitchen than the place he bought us to with literally nothing and no CCTV or receptionist, anyone can literally enter the building up to your room. 1 squat toilet and shower with no hot water shared with the other two rooms. Mattress is non existent as it is the bed frame covered by a bed linen of thin cloth. Hair of previous guests found on linen too. I booked with breakfast but did not bother asking as I know everything is a scammed and it is not near by foot. Please do not stay here, I have never leave such a bad review in anywhere I stayed but this is horrible and a scam.

Too many flies inside of rooms

English speaking staff who had no authority to decide though

We are a group of 11 people and had confirmed booking of 3 triple air-cond rooms and 1 twin room but when we checked in, they gave us 2 twin rooms at the hotel proper and another 4 twin rooms (all twin rooms without air-conditioning) and located more than a kilometre away from the hotel with one miserable squatting toilet which a few of us already nearly 70 years old cannot squat well. Despite our protests, the boss of the hotel couldn't care less.
