Clean, nice bathrooms and kitchen, decent location.

Beds were rock hard, walls were so thin you can hear everything. Other guests were talking late, past 2am and up early. Impossible to sleep.

The room was clean, and the hotel was not far from the center. The breakfast was okay but not exceptional.

On the other hand, we were not aware that there were two hotels, so in the morning we had to walk 15 minutes to get to breakfast. Then, we could not find the address on Google Map so we called the hotel, but our interlocutor pretended not to hear us when he realized that we did not speak Russian very well. He made no effort and it is very rude. The beds were not comfortable at all, you can't even say that we had a mattress. It was mostly a mattress topper. And the worst part is still being woken up at 8am by a guy from the hotel who knocks on our door and tries to open it, several times, luckily it was locked. We had forgotten to pay the night before but they hadn't reminded us either. You don't wake people up at that time and in that way. And we would have paid when we checked out anyway.

We asked the staff about some busses as well as about some things around town and they misinformed us several times. When we told them afterwards that they had in fact given us wrong information they claimed that we were in the wrong and that the info we had gathered was just wrong (e.g. we took public transport to Margilan and they claimed that there was no way of doing that even though we had already done it). They also didn't let us leave our luggage there after we checked out not even for one hour without paying extra. The toilets weren't cleaned once in the two nights we stayed there.

The place is alright. Air conditioning was working, showe was fine and the staff (even though only spoke Russian) was very helpful.

The mattresses are terrible. Virtually non existent. Sleeping on the floor might be more comfortable.
