NZBasically everything. Easy access to the waterfront via alleyway opposite the house. All facilities perfect. No problems there.
One of my group felt that the trucks down the street at night were stopping him from sleeping. They stopped before midnight so I don't think it was at all a serious issue and of course this is not something you can change. Therefore do not read this as a complaint.
