City Park Hotel Jongno

This hotel is budget friendly, clean, has free water/coffee/noodles per day and near Anguk station. Overall a good place to stay while on budget. Definitely will come back.

This hotel was generally terrible. The carpets in the hallways are old and stained, and the whole place smells like cleaning solvent. The room has peeling plastic wood veneers all over it, and comes with bug spray, used bar hand soap and opened toothpaste. The bed and pillows are hard as rocks. The front desk does not speak English and if they will help you at all, will try to change you. Left this hotel at first night of a three night stay and they would not refund the remaining nights. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

i think that i already become a regular guest on this hotel i already book this hotel and stay around 2 days or more in single booking.so for me this the hotel is very good to stay with solo or family traveling.this hotel nears for many good place on seoul

Very convenient location and the bed is very comfortable but needed to be cleaned a little bit more.

We had booked for three nights but were driven out by bed bugs and had to find somewhere else to stay.

Easy check-in and check-out. Easy to walk many downtown locations. I will stay again if I’m the area.

2박3일을 묵었는데 일관성있는 데스크 직원 불친절. 불편을 호소해도 난몰라 니가 알아서해 라는 태도로 일관. 아침에 외출하여 저녁에 돌아오니 침대위에 알수없는 모래알과 알수없는 과자 부스러기같은 것들이 이불위에 올려져 있었고.... 숙소에 슬리퍼가 없고 돈주고 개별구매 해야하며, 바닥이 얼음장처럼 차가워 문의 했더니 난방을 따로 안해준다고......침대에 전기요 있지않냐며....뭐가 문제냐는 식의 태도....난방을 해도 다들 잠든 새벽은 되야 잠시 틀어준답니다... 욕실은...구토냄새?같은것이 기본적으로 났고... 쓰다남은 비누 쪼가리..... 그리고...씻으려고 물을 트니 파란물이 나옵니다....데스크에 문의했더시 서울상수도관리소에 직접 문의해 보랍니다......올라와서 상태를 직접 확인해 보셔야 하지 않겠냐니 그럴 필요 없다고...자기는 모르는 일이라고 합니다... 물상태 사진 첨부합니다.(이유는 모르겠지만 숙소사진 업로드 계속 오류가 뜨네요..) 그리고 체크아웃 1분이라도 늦지마세요. 2만원 내놓으라합니다. 저절로 연장된답니다....당연히 사전에 안내 전화같은것은 없습니다....이제까지 여행다니며 이런 숙소 처음이었고...; 모텔보다 못한 숙소입니다. 여기 묵을 바에 차라리 모텔을 가는것을 정중하게 추천합니다....내 돈쓰고 이렇게 여행내내 숙소땜에 기분나빠보기는 처음입니다....

The location was very convenient, close to multiple restaurants, convenience stores and transportation services. Checking in and out was simple and easy. The room itself was perfect for my trip, went during the colder months and the floors were heated every morning.
