Sonder The Plymouth

Had to email 3 days in a row to ask for the front door lock to be fixed to make the building secure, finally they fixed it. The apartment is above Taco Bell which is open 24hrs, people hung out in the street partying outside Taco Bell all night long.

Mauvaise isolation phonique des fenêtres, on entendait distinctement les conversations des piétons. Idem pour les odeurs de tabac et cannabis qui s'infiltre dans l'appartement

El baño necesita un poco de mantenimiento. Y quizá hubiera estado bien una limpieza más profunda

Einfach nur ne frechheit!!! Zwei Stunden bevor wir angekommen sind wurde mir mitgeteilt dass unsere reservierung storniert wurde (wir haben schon 3 Monate vorher gebucht und bezahlt!!)!!! Immerhin haben wir unser Geld wieder bekommen!!

I wish I could rate the actual stay, but we didn't even get to experience that because Sonder cancelled my reservation the day I was checking in. They are supposed to send you an access code to get into the building and room at least 24 hours before you arrive but I had not received it and it was already the day of the reservation. Before I boarded my plane I sent a chat message telling them this through their app (because they don't have any other form to contact them) but didn't receive a response. When I arrived at my destination, I had a message saying my reservation had been cancelled due to a system error that caused an overbooking. I made my reservation 2 months in advance and they waited to the day of to tell me? They didn't even try to make other accommodations for me. Just said to contact Marriott. I was traveling with small children so it was hard to find a room for the number of days and in the same area that would accommodate all of us. Fortunately, I was able to find a place but at more than twice the cost of my original booking, however, it was either this or sleeping on park benches. This experience was truly terrible and would not recommend Sonder to anyone.
