Pick this spot because of washer and dryer . First 8 days dryer didnt and had to wait for someone to fix . Spare bedroom with bathroom toilet leaked . Water smell very bad for my daughter rest of the stay . They had to replace the toilet . Carpets smell very bad after leaking toilet . Looking for a partial refund on our stay because of no dryer for 8 days and leaking toilet issues .
