Penthouse Apartment in Melb CBD Perfect Location

The location was exception. Literally a 2 minute walk to Southern Cross Station

Location was wonderful, right on the tram stop, 2 or 3 stops, and you are in Bourke Street Mall. 10 minute walking distance to alleys and well known restaurants. Split level was excellent for our group of 4 ladies. Good size apartment and so quiet. We never heard any neighbours. The communication has been wonderful, and all my queries were answered very quickly.

The only feedback I would give is the carpet definitely needs replacing. I do understand being a rental it does get stained though. And a few simple things like bath mats in each bathroom, maybe lock the cupboard under the stairs also, so no access by guests.

Fantastic location right in front of a tram stop, terrific burger bar Royal Stacks next door which is opened till late. Pearl was great.

On arrival rooms had a stale odour. Property description was incorrect in saying it was 3 bathrooms - should read 2.5. Bathroom floors upstairs and downstairs were sticky, main bathroom only had 1 light working so was very dark. Ceiling fan in bathroom also not working. Air conditioning upstairs did not work on the first night so experienced a very cold night. Sugar bowl was absolutely filthy.

Bedroom aircon/heaters didn’t work in upstairs bedrooms . Chairs broken . Lights not working in bathroom. Carpet needs replacing .

Very roomy apartment with internet and all kitchen amenities that you need. One parking spot available and close to shopping centers and China Town. Tram stops and train station just across the street.

Outdated / broken furniture and bathroom fixtures. Poor matrasses and dusty bedrooms. No guide or information booklet to the internet connection, AC or facilities of the complex.
